About the Owner: Michelle Cassidy, CPM, ACM

Michelle has been managing condominiums since 2006. She is licensed through RECA, obtained her ACM desigation through ACMA and CPM designation through IREM. She is also current member of Calgary Women in Construction. Her personal interests are family, golfing and camping.

About the Accountant: Cheryl Pedersen, CPA

Cheryl has been a CPA since 2000, with experience in Corporate and Project accounting, not-for-profit and small business full cycle accounting that includes budget & forecasts, financial analysis, internal audits, payroll and benefit administration, GST remittances, WCB activities, business year end, and tax. Her personal interests include family, quilting, camping and walking with friends.
